HAIR for class needs to be pulled back neatly off the face. A bun is preferable as this is safest as students get older and begin turns and jumps and other moves where loose ponytails can become a problem.

PERFORMANCES and EXAMS we expect hair to be pulled into a neat bun at the back of the head with plenty of gel and hairspray on flyaways.

MAKEUP is optional for performances only. Students may have powder to reduce shine & pink lipstick [no red lipstick under any circumstances]. A little blush on the cheeks, and mascara is acceptable if they will tolerate it [no false eyelashes], but only NATURAL eyeshadow colours [no blue or green] WE WANT OUR STUDENTS TO LOOK LIKE LITTLE GIRLS, NOT MINI-ADULTS!!
